Four or five years ago I got stranded in a snow storm. The exhaust system froze up. Turtle mountain towing brought my car and me to your shop. After four hours of using a borrowed heat gun to melt the ice in my tail pipe and muffler, I was ready to settle up my bill and continue my journey. To my grateful surprise I was told no charge and to have a safe trip. This kindness and the concern of the guys on the floor, even the lady who offered me part of her lunch will long be remembered.
